"Thank you for your prompt service and saving my home from a house fire. Steve R went into the attic and found burnt insulation and had customer get him a fire extinguisher, as he was pull the insulation back and being exposed, it caught fire but Steve was able to put it out. Steve had the homeowner call the fire department and they arrived 6 minutes later and pulled the insulation out of the attic."
