3) LESS WAITING with "Preferential Treatment," you'll be placed ahead of everyone else who's called for service who is not currently under agreement with us. In fact, if we can't provide you with enough heating to get you safely through the night, we'll provide you with a hotel room at no additional charge.

4) PREVENTING MOST BREAKDOWNS BEFORE THEY OCCUR. Most service calls are predictable and avoidable with semi-annual inspections and planned maintenance. This "Plan" is designed to "Pay For Itself" in fewer breakdowns and extended equipment life. We run very few repair calls for our customers who have regular scheduled maintenance.

5) SEASONAL HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM INSPECTION AND CLEANING included at no additional charge. Our semi-annual planned maintenance procedure restores your cooling/ heating system as close to its original manufactured condition as possible. Regular cleaning and lubricating is essential to energy efficiency and in receiving full lifetime value from your heating/ cooling equipment.

6) REDUCED RATE for semi-annual preventive maintenance:

Membership is cancellable at any time, for any reason You must be satisfied with the benefits you receive or the unused portion of your dues will be refunded to you. no-questions-asked. The Korte Discount Club includes 2 trips per year. One for heating and one for air conditioning at their appropriate seasons.
