"With invoice from you we received a question and answer sheet, but we misplaced it so we are writing this letter. We are happy with the service we received and all our concerns were taken care of. All the personnel were friendly and efficient. We will recommend Korte and will use your services again when the need arises. One suggestion we would make is for you to somehow allow the customer to view the selection of tile, etc. in the area when it is to be used. The tile I chose in your facility appeared to be a different color when placed in the bathroom. I thought it was beige, but in my bathroom it is very grey. One person needs special mention. That person is Brian Torrey. He did an outstanding job. He was friendly, efficient and did everything the way it should be done and we appreciate that very much. You have an excellent employee.
