INTRODUCTION

The Korte Does It All $60K in 60 Days Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Indiana who reside within the Korte Does It All service area and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States law and Indiana state law. The Giveaway is sponsored by Korte Does It All, located at 10920 Stellhorn Rd, New Haven, IN 46774 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, are homeowners, and reside within the Korte Does It All service area. Employees of Korte Does It All and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to nominate an individual:

1. Email a nomination to the designated Korte Does It All giveaway email address;
   2. Scan the QR code on promotional materials and submit a nomination form through the Korte Does It All website.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) nomination per person per week. Incomplete or fraudulent nominations will be disqualified.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on August 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 10, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).

PRIZES

A total of $60,000 in prizes will be awarded throughout the Giveaway Period. Recipients will be selected weekly based on community nominations. Prizes may include:

– Labor and services for repairs or improvements;
– Installation of parts, equipment, or products as needed;
– A combination of the above, based on each recipient’s situation.

All labor associated with installation will be included. Award amounts and the nature of the services or equipment provided will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the needs outlined in the nominations. The total value of all prizes awarded during the Giveaway Period will not exceed $60,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Recipients will be selected by the Sponsor each week throughout the Giveaway Period based on the merit and need demonstrated in the nominations. Recipients will be notified by phone call and email. If the recipient does not respond within the same calendar week, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate recipient may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost nominations, or errors in administration.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.kortedoesitall.com/privacy-policy/
