I called Korte in New Haven about unclogging a drain in the garage where the water softener empties when regenerating. Within a day or two a service technician , Cory V, arrived. He was professional and worked patiently on clearing the drain. After moving the softener and a few hookups since it covered part of the drain, there was a minor issue. When calling back, Korte sent Michael W who was great at problem solving and fixed the problem in a timely manner and showed service above my expectations. I would highly recommend both technicians and their prompt service.
